Richard J. Beil Jr., MD, FACS

Dr. Beil has been in practice since 1986. He was chief resident at the State University of New York Health Science Center, Syracuse, where he twice won the Hyde Teaching Award. He was also the first chief resident in plastic surgery at the University of Michigan. Dr. Beil has written scientific papers on several plastic surgery topics and has lectured nationally on subjects such as burn surgery, prevention of tissue loss, evaluation of breast implants for rupture, and nasal anatomy for nose surgery.

Dr. Beil’s clinical interests include facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, cleft lip and palate surgery, reconstructive microsurgery, and cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the breast.

Dr. Beil and his wife have three children.
