Nose - Vidian Neurectomy

Vidian neurectomy is a surgical procedure usually performed for severe vasomotor rhinitis (inflammation of the mucous membrane of the nose) not caused by infection or allergy. The goal is to resolve the runny nose and nasal congestion.
